There are risks using land housing construction because surrounded by intensive development. research proves its recreational architectural value. basis spatial structure particular combination glades plantations system footpaths, which took shape over 60 years, picturesque network that at first glance seems random. study allows to identify patterns organization network. A highway dissects area. bicycle bridge proposed project crossing road pedestrians cyclists. design form minimize impact on this structure. designed two spirals suspended from high masts. Its length 210 m, covers an with radius less than 20 meters. microrelief hillside, represented micro-watersheds hollows, makes possible differentiate new plantings according due microrelief.
